Responsibilities

Ø  Project Management (Microsoft Dynamics):

·          To ensure monthly billing projections are met.

·          To ensure that the cost of delivery for Fixed Bid & TM projects is within the agreed percentage of the Value added billing.

·          Responsible for outstanding as per billing happen from various clients.

·          Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.

·          Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients.

·          Responsible for ensure that CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score returned by customer is good and Customer is reference able on completion.

·          Responsible for account mining from existing customer so that we can get more revenue from satisfied customer.

·          Responsible for ensuring all projects are managed and tracked as per plan.

·          Responsible for team building by various internal reviews.
